The TYFC offers a wide variety of classes to suit many different types of training styles and fitness goals! Our classes include:

Step-N-Tone

a well-rounded total-body training program to music involving free weights, step boards, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and stretching in a dynamic, community-oriented environment.


Yoga

a class that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance while placing emphasis on proper breathing, posture, and core integrity.
