HIIT StrengthTraining

a high intensity, complete total-body training program involving free weights, calisthenics (body weight exercises), HIIT training, and indoor/outdoor activities in a dynamic environment that focuses on weight loss, balance, coordination, and endurance in a vibrant, community atmosphere.


a well-rounded total-body training program to music involving free weights, step boards, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and stretching in a dynamic, community-oriented environment.


a class that focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance while placing emphasis on proper breathing, posture, and core integrity.
