Gym Manager and Certified Yoga Instructor
Tina is a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) through the Yoga Alliance and is trained in Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Zoology from Southeastern Oklahoma State and years of experience as a competitive dancer. Her goal as manager of TYFC and as a yoga instructor is to help anyone, no matter their age, body type, or fitness level, attain a sense of oneness with their bodies. She strives to make every member feel comfortable, gain confidence, and to listen to what their body needs.
Kim has been instructing fitness classes at TYFC for 3 years, including Step-N-Tone, HIIT, and various Boot Camps. She loves camping in the mountains and spending time outdoors with her husband and grandkids. Her goal as a TYFC Instructor is to inspire women to have fun while working hard and supporting each other. Every class is full of positivity while working to increase strength, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
Delaney is a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa. She has been with TYFC for several years and loves to help everyone, no matter their age, body type, or limitations. Whether you are new to yoga or coming back after an ailment, she will tailor her class to accommodate every student. She also works as a full-time accountant for the Great State of Texas and enjoys spending time outside with her dogs Lola and Neena.
Kim is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and a certified CrossFit Level 3 trainer. Kim enjoys working out and spending time with her husband, Andrew, and dog, Buddy.
Joshua grew up in Akron, Ohio playing baseball and basketball. He then served our great country in the United States Air Force as an Electrical Aircraft Maintainer. After completing his military career, he attended The University of North Texas and graduated with a degree in Applied Sciences/Kinesiology. He chose the path of Personal Training and is certified through ACE Fitness.
Joshua has an extensive knowledge in the health and fitness industry and has experience as a sports and conditioning coach for youth and adults, as a group fitness class instructor for senior citizens, and utilizes corrective exercise and physical therapy techniques for his clients when needed.
